Can I change my address?

Within 15 minutes of placing your order, you will receive a link to your personal order status page.

If your order can still be changed, you will see an option to change your order at the top of the page. When you click on this, a window will open where you can select a reason and let us know about the change. We will put your order “on hold” and will process the change or contact you.

Do you want to change the address? Then look at the address details on the page. If your order has already been processed and registered with the carrier, it is no longer possible to change the address in advance. You will then have to indicate in the app of the delivery service that you want to change the delivery address or delivery time.
