When you choose to pay for your order afterwards, Klarna will perform some checks on the order. In some cases, they will reject an order. We have no insight into this. This may be due to one or more factors:
- The amount of your order is too high : you can pay afterwards up to a maximum amount.
- Your email address is not valid: please make sure you use a valid email address.
- You still have outstanding orders with Klarna : pay any outstanding invoices to Klarna first.
- The delivery address is not correct : please check that the address entered is correct.
- The delivery address is a collection point: it is not possible to collect your order from a collection point with Klarna. Choose to have your order delivered to your home.
