My samples are marked “delivered”, but I haven’t received anything yet.

Don't worry! When sending samples, a scan of all envelopes is made in advance, because the postman does not take a scanner with him during his round. Sometimes it can happen that your order is marked as "delivered" while it is still on its way. In most cases, you will still receive your samples the next day.

If you have not received anything after 2 business days, please contact us. We will be happy to look into it for you and ensure that you receive your order quickly.
