We are not difficult about returning your order. It is important that you report the return to us within 14 days of receipt via the return portal .
 

Excluded from returns

It may sound logical, but we will mention it anyway for the sake of clarity. You will not receive your entire purchase amount back in the cases below. In most cases, we will retain up to 100% of your purchase amount. In other words: you will not receive your purchase amount back.

• (part of) the wallpaper has been or is applied to the wall;
• (part of) the wallpaper has been applied in an incorrect order;
• (part of) the wallpaper was torn during application;
• (part of) the wallpaper has been damaged in some other way before or during application.
   

Samples

Samples cannot be returned. The samples are custom made for you and we cannot reuse them.
 

Own photo

Products with your own photo can also never be returned to us, unless they have been produced incorrectly due to a demonstrable error on our part.
