Our wallpaper is of high quality and does not shrink, provided it is applied correctly. Below you will find some causes that can cause seams or the wallpaper not to adhere properly.

Common causes of seams:

  • Use of unsuitable glue;
  • Presence of Latex wall paint on the wall;
  • Textured paint on the wall;
  • Multiple layers of paint on the wall;
  • Too low or too high temperature during application (the ideal temperature is between 18-24 degrees Celsius);
  • No primer was used;
  • Presence of old layers of wallpaper.

If the seams already look like they are coming loose during installation, carefully remove the strip and re-apply it, without pulling. When the wallpaper dries, it can straighten itself, which can also create seams.
